Obtaining the best result with SVM requires an understanding of their working and various ways a user an influence their accuracy, so we provide the concept about the SVM algorithm. We introduce a algorithm for performing image compression based on the SVM algorithm. This algorithm is used to form the clustering. We also to use the SVM algorithm for image recognition application. |
